    Ashley at the VERIZON STORE @ Countyline and Emerson helped my wife and I update our phones. She was so patient and sweet. We are both in our 70s and are not to tech savvy. She even worked on my Android to get the voice recognition back on my map app. If you want someone wonderful to help you, come see Ashley at this store.
